These terms apply to purchases of physical goods through testvalleytcg.co.uk. They do not replace the terms of a separate marketplace purchase.
Products
Please check the product description, language, edition, condition and quantity before ordering.
Product photographs may show an example pack artwork where the listing says artwork varies. Only items described as included are supplied.
Sealed booster contents are random, and no particular pull or resale value is guaranteed.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes in the displayed selling price.
Delivery charges and the order total are shown before you pay. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion charges.
Your order
Please check your basket and delivery details before submitting payment.
An automatic order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. We accept your order when we send the dispatch confirmation, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier.
If we discover an availability issue or an obvious pricing error before acceptance, we will contact you. We will not substitute goods or increase an agreed price without your agreement.
If we cannot fulfil the order or you do not accept a proposed correction, we will cancel the affected items and promptly refund the payment for them.
