RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Changing your mind

For goods ordered from this website, you may cancel without giving a reason up to 14 days after the day you receive them. If one order is delivered in separate parts, the period runs from receipt of the last item.

Tell us clearly that you wish to cancel by email, phone or post using the details below. Include your order number or other information that helps us identify your purchase. You do not need our permission to exercise your statutory cancellation right.

Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us. For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct return postage cost. Please pack the goods securely and keep proof of posting.

Refunds

We will refund you using the original payment method, with no refund administration fee.

For a full-order cancellation, we also refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Any extra paid for an upgraded delivery service is not refundable.

We will refund without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever happens first.

For an order cancelled before dispatch, we will refund within 14 days of being told.

Trading cards and sealed products

You may inspect goods as you reasonably would in a shop. Please return all included cards, packs and accessories.

Opening sealed booster packs, using cards or removing protective packaging may reduce a collectible product’s value. We may deduct only the actual loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Opening packaging does not automatically remove your legal cancellation rights.

Booster contents are random. A particular card, rarity or resale value is not promised unless the listing expressly says otherwise.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Your statutory rights apply if goods are faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose. These include the short-term right to reject qualifying faulty goods within 30 days, and repair, replacement or other remedies where applicable afterwards.

Contact us so we can resolve the issue. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods; contact us to arrange a suitable return method.

The change-of-mind return conditions do not restrict these rights.
